Stories of Survivors and Remembrance - A Call to Genocide Prevention

Ms. Immaculee Songa, President of Global Survivors for Peace, Inc. attends and gives remarks about her experience during the Genocide, her losses, and the importance of the Exhibition.
Global Survivors for Peace, Inc. (GS4P) is parterning with the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center (IHMEC) for an exhibition scheduled for April 7, 2022 - June 30, 2022. The exhibition feature "Stories of Survivors at the Navy Pier in Chicago. The president and vice-president of GS4P organization will be present at the opening ceremony scheduled for April 7thand will be thrilled to greet our friends there and tour the exhibition with them. The president of the GS4P, a firsthand witness and survivor of the 1944 Genocide against the Tutsi will serve on a panel of conversation on the evening of June 8th, around 6:00 p.m. The conversation relates to the Exhibition and stories of survivors.
GS4P deeply values the work of the IHMEC as it raises awareness and educates the public on the history of the Holocaust and genocides. We see this organization as a champion for peace and support its work whenever we can..
